ICICI Bank, J&K Bank ink ATM sharing pact

ICICI Bank has inked a pact with the Jammu and Kashmir Bank to share ATM network, providing the customers of both the banks access to about 2,000 ATMs in the country.

Both banks on Monday signed the memorandums of understanding to share ATM networks, ICICI Bank said in a release in Mumbai.

ICICI Bank and the J&K government-owned bank have 1,800 and 130 ATMs each, it said.

ICICI Bank has seen a sharp rise in usage of ATMs and other electronic channels and over 70 per cent of transactions were bring carried out through them, it added.
