Private cellular service provider Hutchison on Thursday introduced international roaming on pre-paid cards at a cost of Rs 40 per activation, providing its subscribers the facilities to recive calls and short message service.
While roaming internationally, the subscriber can only receive the incoming calls and text messages.
The incoming call would be charged at a flat rate of Rs 60 per minute in countries except for Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Phillipines where the customer would be charged a flat rate of Rs 160 per minute.
The pulse rate would be 60 seconds, a company release said, adding that SMS would be free of cost.
