Citigroup buys 5.67% stake in Hexaware

Citigroup Global Markets (M) Ltd has acquired 5.67 per cent stake in the Nishar group's Hexaware Technologies Ltd.

Citibank NA disclosed its client Citigroup Global Markets has acquired 1.253 million shares of the IT company (5.67 per cent stake), Hexaware informed the National Stock Exchange on Monday.
