GTL plans to buy Redington for $95 m

GTL Ltd plans to buy Redington Group comprising Redington India Ltd, Redington Pte Ltd Singapore and Redington Gulf FZE for $95 million in cash and shares. IT firm Redington Group which operates in Singapore, UAE, Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon and Syria.
