British Airways said on Monday it would launch a non-stop daily flight between Las Vegas and India on October 25.

The launch is timed around the festive and holiday season in India and Indian travelers will have convenient flight options from five cities in India to Las Vegas, a press release said.

"All high-rollers who wish to travel in style can now fly direct to Vegas from India via London Heathrow on British Airways," the airline's South Asia regional commercial manager Judy Jarvis said.

Despite the difficult global economic conditions, Las Vegas represents new business and growth opportunities for British Airways 'as we continue our commitment to invest in our customers,' Jarvis said.

Indian travellers will not only have convenient flight options from five cities but also 45 flights per week to Las Vegas.

"All flights are through Terminal 5, the largest and most modern airport terminal in Europe, and customers will experience quick and convenient transfers from the same terminal," the release said.

The new flights will be operated by a three-class Boeing 777 offering Club World (business class), World Traveler Plus (premium economy) and World Traveler (economy) cabins, the release said.
