Bharti offers for Airtel customers

Bharti Cellular on Thursday unleashed a slew of week-end activities for its customers in Mumbai, ranging from offering yoga tips on its voice portal to privileged entry into theatres and five star hotels in the city.

Atul Jhamb, chief operating officer, Bharti Cellular, Mumbai circle, said, "The Airtel weekends property is an outcome of our in-house survey that shows that our loyal customers are looking beyond just tariff benefits. They also voiced their eagerness to spend time at weekends with their families in tow. The gamut of excitement offered by Airtel weekends captures the essence of our customers desires. It is another special endeavour from Airtel and showcases our customer-centric approach."

Bharti Cellular has tied up with yoga guru Bharat Thakur, where by Airtel customers on all weekends in November could visit Bharat Thakur Yoga Centre by paying Rs 499, which is a fifth of the actual cost.

For new post-paid customers, Airtel is offering a free membership worth Rs 2,500, according to a press release.

For travellers who are unable to attend the yoga centre, Bharti Cellular has offered a unique service.

Whereby customers can SMS at 646 and listen to Bharat Thakur's personalised tips on Yoganidra, breathing exercises, meditation and yoga exercises to rejuvenate themselves.

For corporates, Airtel would be organising a day-long seminar on yoga discourse.

Besides yoga, Bharti has also tied up to offer weekend theatre thrills to Mumbaikars for the next two months beginning October, and gourmet at Le Royal Meridien beginning this month.
