Andhra Bank to seek nod

Andhra Bank has informed BSE that the extraordinary general meeting of the bank is scheduled on March 10, 2003 to seek the approval of the shareholders of the bank to return capital of Rs 500 million during the current financial year to the Central government subject to the approval from the ministry of finance.
