Tata Motors on Friday said its global sales, including Jaguar Land Rover, declined by 20.71 per cent to 80,163 units in January 2014, compared to the year-ago period.
The company had sold 1,01,112 units in the same month of 2013.
As for the passenger vehicles category, its global sales in January stood at 50,042 units, a decline of 7.12 per cent, from 53,881 units in January 2013,
Sales of luxury brand Jaguar Land Rover rose by 1.19 per cent to 38,631 units last month, compared to 38,173 in the same month of 2013.
