Anil Dhirubhai Ambani has picked up 2.16 per cent stake in his group company Reliance Energy Ventures Ltd through open market transactions, taking his total stake in the company to 41.77 per cent.
Anil Ambani, along with the persons acting in concert -- Tina A Ambani, Jaianmol A Ambani, Jaianshul A Ambani, Kokila D Ambani, Anadha Enterprise Private Limited, Bhavan Mercantile Private Ltd, AAA Global Business Management Private Ltd, AAA Project Ventures Private Ltd, Hansdhwani Trading Company Private Ltd, and Reliance Capital Ltd -- have acquired 2.64 lakh shares aggregating to 2.16 per cent of the total paid up capital of REVL from April 1 up to June 26.
Following the latest acquisitions, the stake of Anil Ambani along with the PACs in REVL, stands at 51,09,32,905 shares aggregating to 41.77 per cent of the company's total paid up capital, up from 39.61 per cent previously.
