Britannia MD Sunil Alagh not to seek extension

Britannia Industries Ltd managing director Sunil Alagh will not seek extension of his current tenure, which expires in February next year.

The board would consider Alagh's communication, about not seeking extension beyond the contract term, at its meeting scheduled in early June, BIL said on Wednesday.

Alagh is currently on annual leave, the release added.
