Adobe CEO to visit India

October 13, 2003 19:11 IST

Bruce Chizen, the chief executive of publishing software maker Adobe Software, is visiting India from Tuesday to take stock of the company's operations here and to interact with customers.

During his three-day stay in India, he is likely to meet senior officials of the information technology department. He will visit Adobe's R&D centre in Noida and meet customers.

On October 15, Chizen is scheduled to speak at the Nasscom Leadership Summit for CEOs in Bangalore. The next day, he will be in Mumbai meeting customers and a top IT company, which is also a customer, sources said in New Delhi on Monday.

Sources did not say if the company would shortly be announcing any fresh investments in India.

In 2000, Adobe had announced an investment of $50 million over a period of five years for India.
