All categories of taxpayers can now file their income returns on October 29 and 30. "The Income tax authorities have been directed to make arrangements for accepting the returns of income on October 29 and 30," the Central Board of Direct Taxes said in a statement in New Delhi. The last date of filing returns is October 31.
