Air-India is to link Delhi and Kolkata with Dhaka and London with a Boeing 777 thrice a week from next month.

The flight from Delhi to Dhaka will enable the airline to provide a link to London via Kolkata thrice a week -- on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays -- from June 18, an A-I spokesman said in Mumbai on Tuesday.

On the return leg, the flights will arrive on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

"We will be able to lift traffic from Dhaka for our flights on Kolkata-London sector with the Boeing 777s," the spokesman added.
