National carrier Air-India has introduced a toll-free number 1600 22 77 22 in Mumbai to facilitate easy and round-the-clock access to its reservation offices in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Bhopal and Indore.

Calls to this number would be handled by customer service agents, who would provide all travel related services such as reservations, re-bookings and answer queries pertaining to flight information, Air-India said in a statement in Mumbai on Tuesday.
