Now, Sachin Tendulkar on mobile games

Sachin Tendulkar is to feature in mobile phone games, developed by Mumbai-based mobile phone content developers Nazara Technologies, which were unveiled at a function in Mumbai in the presence of the master batsman.

A website dedicated to the maestro's glittering career is also available to mobile phone users who need to send a SMS to get the information.

In addition the company has introduced 'Area Tendulkar', a voice zone dedicated to the champion cricketer, which can be accessed by fans to hear Tendulkar's expert comments and exclusive interviews.

Tendulkar said he was happy to be associated with the company as he was himself an avid fan of mobile games.

"I am hooked to playing games on mobile phones, especially while travelling. I have been asking Nazara people when they are coming out with the games for a long time," he said.

"It is good entertainment. I am sure people would enjoy playing these games," he added.
