The company board discussed the matter related to the expansion of the company and has decided to set up a 100-seat BPO project at Chennai, a management institute and an international call centre at Kolkata, LCC Infotech informed the National Stock Exchange.

It said the matter being highly capital-intensive, the board decided that the fund requirement should be assessed properly before the quantum of Rights Issue is finalized and for this purpose it decided to form a committee.
