Total Income reported by the Company for the year ended March 31, 2001 is at Rs 220.40 million as compared to Rs 194.82 million in FY-00.
The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a Dividend of Rs 2 on equity shares of Rs 10 each, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
