We received this next snap from Priyanka Chaurasiya, who explains, "I visited the Jim Corbett National Park recently. There was a river just behind the resort where I was staying with a friend. While we were enjoying the summer evening sitting on the river bank, this kid came over to collect water in his vessel and got captured on camera. When we spoke to some other kids playing there, we got to know that the people living on the river bank stock up their water supply by evening itself, as the territory is occupied by the 'King of the Jungle' at night."
Vijendra Singh e-mailed in this next pic, stating, "I took this snap on my trip to Pavagadh, in Gujarat. I really felt for the scene before me."
This image of a mallard duck on the bank of River Anton in Hampshire, UK in early summer was shot by Rajesh Toleti.
And finally, we have Suchandan Kayal's photograph. He says, "I went with my friends to Talasari near Digha in West Bengal just before the summer. This is one of the snaps I took there."
