Raju Gupta writes, "Ladakh is all snow or sand. Greenery is scarce and this is one such rare view. It looks more like a painter's job than of a photographer.  We visited Ladakh in 2005 and enjoyed the snow fall every day. Recently, we also visited Switzerland but found Ladakh second to none."

Subhojit Chakladar writes of this picture, "During the Goecha La trek everybody is focussed on the Kanchenjunga massif or peak of Pandim due to its proximity. But Tenzing Khang, even though a much smaller peak, looks much more dramatic when seen from this side. We were unable to reach Goecha La due to bad weather and were in low spirits. While having lunch near the Samiti Lake (at the base of the pass) we spotted this beautiful peak which boosted our morale!"

"This picture has been taken from our hotel room, in a hidden jewel of a place called Cloud End near Mussorie. Situated very close to Mussorie and yet hidden away from all the humdrum and madness, Cloud End is in the middle of a sanctuary. This picture was taken early morning from my bed through the window of our room," writes Vaibhav Sharma from New Delhi
