I saw 'our man' looking through a broken door during one of my visits to an animal shelter with my daughter. We were moving around feeling like a Pied Piper, petting and hugging the inmates following us, when I turned and saw this one looking at me with hope in his eyes for the warmth and the goodies we were sharing with the others buddies," says Nupur Kohli of this photograph.

Sacheen K's shot of Horseshoe Bend, Page, Arizona.
"The vantage point is quite dangerous as it is not fenced and one has to get to the very edge of jutting rocks to get a good picture of the full landscape. I setup a tripod at this very edge and took a few pictures with different exposures and then combined these pictures into one using one of the HDR softwares. The attached picture is the result of that," he says.
