Unusual summer pics: The cat and her umbrella!

First up we have this image from Marcelino Fernandes, who says, "Last week, I travelled to my native place of Aronda, close to Sawant Wadi (Maharashtra). I took this picture of our cat relaxing under an umbrella due to the heat."

"This was captured from my balcony. The squirrel slowly approached the pot of water and then seeing it was safe, started drinking," says regular contributor Prasun Sanyal of New Delhi.

And finally, we have this one from Pratik Jain of Dahod, Gujarat, who says, "This was 10 minutes before sunset at Muvaliya Talab."
