Unusual summer pics: 'Summer'sault!

We invited you to send in unique summer-themed photographs -- odd scenes that are captured on a lens for posterity -- to share with other readers. Here are a few more responses!

First up we have this interesting image from Dr Pulak Parag of Chhattisgarh, who says, "With schools closing down early in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, kids find their own ways to beat the heat. The ones who don't have other means -- just kick the sun!"

"I recently visited Phuket in Thailand," says Ankur Verma. "This pic came out well when taken from a hilltop facing the beach."
