Next we have this one from Rohit Kothari who explains, "I captured this pic on a recent visit to the Taj Mahal in Agra. This dog was drinking water from the fountain on the lawn."
Anirban Paul from the UK sent in this image, explaining, "I visited the Keukenhof Gardens in the Netherlands on May 8. Also known as the Garden of Europe, it is situated near Lisse in the Netherlands and is the world's largest flower garden. According to their official website, approximately 7,000,000 (seven million) flower bulbs are planted annually in the park, which covers an area of 32 hectares. This is also where the song Dekha Ek Khawab To from the movie Silsila was shot, starring Amitabh Bachhan and Rekha. Hence, to Indians it is also known as the Silsila Garden!"
"During my last visit to the Konkan in Maharashtra, we visited the new upcoming Chiranjiv Bhagawan Parashuram Bhumi near Dapoli," says Mandar Vaidya. "It has a 21 foot statue of Bhagawan Parashuram standing tall on the half dome, which is 40 feet in diametre. It is facing the sea and stands apart from the rest."
And finally, N Venkatraman of Bangalore contributed this scenic shot, stating, "I clicked this picture in Chennai one recent summer morning. The boat was empty, so I wondered where the fisherman went -- maybe he was admiring the sunrise!"
