We asked you, our dear readers, to share your 2 States stories. Here is Parth Choudhury's tale of love!

I am from Odisha and my wife Rinoshita Juneja is from Delhi.

In 2004 I was employed by an outsourcing firm in Delhi.

She joined the same company as a trainee two months after I joined.

She was 19 then; I was 26 years old.

I never wanted to marry a Delhi girl but I began to realise I was falling for her.

Once after lunch she mentioned very casually to me that I should marry someone because there was no one to take care of me.

I told her that I wanted to marry her.

She was taken by surprise.

"That is impossible," she said. But I never gave up.

She was afraid her parents wouldn't agree and so she decided to keep her distance.

I explained my problem to me mother who was very annoyed with me.

I was very disappointed so she and my sister tried to convince her over the phone, unsuccessfully.

I was helpless.

She stayed out of touch for almost six months. I was in a terrible shape those days.

As luck would have it, she joined the same company again and things began to fall into place.

I was overjoyed.

I was worried about convincing my father but he agreed.

We convinced her mother and her mother convinced her father.

They visited my home in Odisha to attend my sister's wedding.

Finally we got married in 2007.

We fight a lot with each other but we also cannot live without her.

Now we are parents to a baby boy of three years and we will complete seven years of our wedding on July 4 this year
