Glamour Magazine has compiled its annual list of 50 fashionista celebs and it has a brand new face at the top, toppling last year's winner. Here we bring you the top 20 -- read on!

The Twilight actress has been crowned the world's best-dressed woman, beating the likes of the Duchess of Cambridge and Victoria Beckham.

Posh is her name -- and so is her look! Celeb fashion designer Mrs Beckham, whose creations are coveted by her fellow A-listers, shot-up 12 places to third. The magazine praised the "adorable coordinating looks" she shares with "her new favourite accessory" -- baby daughter Harper.
