There are two types of ideas -- the ones that work and others that probably seemed great on paper to their creators.
After designs that we liked the BEST from the recent Wills India Fashion Week, here's a look at the WORST of the lot.

This overwhelming print could very well be the next anarkali.
Even a celebrity can't sell such a gaudy, misguided, mismatched outfit like this.
Designer Samant Chauhan lost us at the tassels that serve as hemline in this dress.
Isn't that, like, so 1990?
