Rosie Huntington-Whiteley designs own lingerie line
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has gone from modelling sexy underwear to designing her own lingerie line.
The 25-year-old actress, who has starred in advertisements for both Victoria's Secret and Agent Provocateur, used her expertise to create her own range for UK retail giant Marks & Spencer.
The Rosie For Autograph collection will include silk lingerie sets, camisoles, French knickers and kimono-style robes.
"M&S is an iconic British brand, adored by many, so I'm very excited to be launching my debut lingerie line with them," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
"I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the design team to create my dream collection, and I'm looking forward to a fun and creative time ahead," she added.
The Transformers: Dark of the Moon star's range will hit store shelves in September.
Zoe Saldana has revealed that she finds breasts fascinating and women should do all that is needed to have the best boobs.
The 33-year-old actress who herself has a 'small pair' admits that she would consider a boob job if she felt that a bigger chest would make her happier.
"'Buy yourself a pair of tties' -- I heard somebody tell me this once and I thought, 'You're absolutely right.' I can buy myself a pair and be the sexiest soccer mom," Contactmusic quoted her saying.
Zoe lately confessed on a new US talk show The Conversation that she loves watching empowered bra-less women bouncing down the street.
"I love when you can showcase (your breasts). It doesn't matter how flat or how big or saggy or crooked or whatever; just be proud of them and just show them. Go up and down the stairs without a bra and just let them hang. I think it's so sexy and empowering," said the Star Trek star.
Mena Suvari has revealed that her flawless skin is the result of a good diet rather than cosmetics.
The American Pie Reunion star, who is considered one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, says that her beauty is all down to eating fresh food.
"My father was European so there was always fresh food in the house. People get caught up in trying to treat themselves from the outside in and it's really about what you do on the inside," Contactmusic quoted her as telling LOOK Magazine.
The 33-year-old actress believes in living a healthy lifestyle and prefers to spend her evenings at home relaxing.
"I like staying at home. I've definitely been there, done that I don't drink anymore and I don't really go out. For me, I know what works," she added.
Scarlett Johansson credits her striking good looks as a "by-product of being curvy."
The Avengers star -- who plays spy Black Widow in the superhero movie -- finds her own sexuality "boring" and tries not to think about it.
Johansson, 27, who has been dating advertising creative director Nate Taylor for six months, was asked how she feels about her looks.
"I think that's just a by-product of being curvy," the Telegraph quoted her as telling the Daily Mirror.
"I never think about it, except when I get constant questions in interviews about sexuality."
"I really have nothing to say about any of that stuff because it's so boring," she added.
Monica Bellucci believes that wrinkles are better than having a "plastic face".
The 47-year-old thinks actresses should resist cosmetic surgery, as they need to convey expression on their faces.
"Wrinkles are better than a plastic face," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted her as telling the Italian edition of Vanity Fair.
"I only did a vitamin treatment once. I don't like the idea of someone touching my face and, honestly, I think it is quite dangerous for an actress," she said.
The Italian wife of French actor Vincent Cassel relies on natural remedies to maintain her youthful glow.
She doesn't worry about the ageing process and would rather mature gracefully.
"Menopause? I'm mentally ready, and I'm not afraid. I am a huge supporter of homeopathy. I'll try the natural treatments first of all and only later I'll see if I need the traditional hormone therapies."
Bellucci is currently starring in Dolce & Gabbana's spring/summer advertising campaign and has collaborated with the luxurious label on a new lipstick line.
The collection boasts of six colours named after the star -- Only Monica, Natural Monica, Chic Monica, Italian Monica, Magnetic Monica and Attractive Monica.
Anna Paquin has said that she wouldn't go under the knife to look beautiful because it would limit her as an actress.
The 29-year-old actress, who is currently pregnant with her first child with husband and co-star Stephen Moyer, isn't always happy with her looks but says she wouldn't change a thing because her physical quirks bring her a greater selection of roles than if she had a generic Hollywood look.
"Interestingly enough, I don't really care about my teeth, but I think any woman on this planet could say, 'I wish my ass was smaller, my arms were thinner and I had green eyes not brown'," Contactmusic quoted her as telling Zooey Magazine.
"I think anyone is as critical as they have the energy to self-obsess, but I also know as an actress you are more limited if you interfere with your looks."
"If you have a whole bunch of work done with your teeth and your face and your boobs then you're only going to play modern people. That's a big choice to make. Very limiting," she said.
Kate Moss has donated a topless picture of herself in a bid to raise funds for a children's charity.
The stunning 38-year-old supermodel has ensured the National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) auction at Bonhams in London will be a roaring success by gifting the organisation a photograph featuring her wearing nothing but a pair of sparkly trousers.
In the shot -- taken by Norwegian photographer Solve Sundsbo -- the sultry star poses seductively for the camera with only her arms protecting her modesty, the Daily Mail reported.
Moss, who is married to The Kills frontman Jamie Hince and has a nine-year-old daughter Lila with her ex Jefferson Hack isn't the only naked celebrity to feature in the auction, which will be held on May 17.
Patrick Demarchelier's stunning topless image of Christy Turlington taken in New York in 1986 will also be up for grabs.
The picture shows the youthful supermodel wearing nothing but a sheet around her waist with her long, dark hair flowing free as she pouts at the camera.
Pictures of other celebrities included in the auction include Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine by Israeli photographer, Nadav Kander, Twiggy by Barry Lategan and British actor Oliver Reed, snapped by celebrity photographer Alistair Morrison.
Beyonce Knowles has revealed that before giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy, she underwent a thorough beauty session.
"I did have a fresh eyebrow wax," the Mirror quoted her as telling People Magazine.
"I got my nails done, I got my feet done, had my hair done and I had my little lip gloss."
"I didn't feel that I looked beautiful during birth but who does? After being pumped with all those fluids and gaining so much weight, I barely recognised myself. But after many hours of labour I couldn't care less about anything but my child. I didn't care how I looked," she said.
The 30-year-old singer also said that she lost most of her baby pounds from feeding Blue Ivy.
"I lost most of my weight from breast-feeding and I encourage women to do it; it's just so good for the baby and good for yourself," she said.
"I counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I did a lot walking in the beginning and now I'm running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn't just go right from being pregnant to running," she added.
Cameron Diaz revealed on Tuesday that she was overcome with emotion when a hairdresser chopped several inches off her signature blonde locks by mistake late last year.
The 39-year-old actress admitted on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno that her friend, who has cut her hair before, was shocked into tears too.
"'There was a little misunderstanding. I said, 'Oh I just want a little bit off'...and it went from here to here," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
Upon seeing her new style, the Knight and Day star was so upset that she burst into tears.
"I just burst into tears and started crying, and I felt so vulnerable. For a woman to all of a sudden have no hair, oh my God," she said.
Cameron also said that the situation was more awkward because the stylist was a friend.
"I felt really bad, she felt really bad, she started crying, I started crying, a couple of other people started crying. I ended up writing her a few e-mails after, the next couple days, assuring her I wasn't going to kill her," she added.
The star even confessed that she had been getting DIY treatments on her tresses for many years instead of paying huge amounts at Hollywood salons.
A small Seattle-based start-up has designed a novel bra dubbed the 'JoeyBra', that has a side pocket for storing your debit card, ID and phone irrespective of bust size.
The designers of the marsupial-inspired bra call it a "sexy, yet functional pocketed bra that will allow you to leave your purse behind and hit the dance floor without ever having to worry about the safety of your valuables."
Pockets are placed within easy, suitable reach.
Additionally, the JoeyBra's website claims "Our unique design will hold most cellphones, ID, key and other small items regardless of bust size -- no amount of items will change the way your bra fits you."
JoeyBra is the brainchild of Mariah Gentry and Kyle Bartlow, students in the Foster School of Business programme at the University of Washington, the Discovery News reported.
The Kickstarter-funded product is set to go on sale at university's book store in June.
