We all wish we had one, but when it comes down to it, just what does the perfect body boast of? Apparently a lot of celebs' assets!

'Ooh, I wish I had her hair...'

'Gosh, what unbelievable arms he's got!'

We're either thinking it to ourselves or exclaiming out loud each time we see a fab-looking famous personality in the glossies or on the screen.

So whose are the best assets, really, that could go into the making of a celeb 'superbod', so to speak? A US survey conducted by Nutrisystem Diet Index revealed just that!

Ladies: Legs and butt

Pop diva Jennifer Lopez emerged the winner in this category. The majority of women polled felt that the perfect female body would feature not only her headline-grabbing bubble butt, but also her lean, toned legs. JLo earned 24 percent of a following for her pins and 20 percent for her derriere.

Six-pack abs

Matthew McConaughey

And when it comes to that much-hyped part of the male anatomy -- the six-pack -- Matthew McConaughey was most favoured, with 16 percent of men voting for him.

The Nutrisystem Diet Index poll also found that if a male star were to gain substantial weight -- 50 pounds or so -- 51 percent of the women wouldn't find him 'hot' anymore. The same applied to female celebs -- about 48 percent of the men stated they would find one unattractive if she packed on a lot of extra pounds.

"While Americans are obsessed with celebrity weight gain, our research reveals that their focus should be shifted to their own health," the New York Daily News quoted Joe Redling, Chairman of Nutrisystem, as saying.

The poll of 1,000 adults further revealed that people believe dropping weight translates into more energy, a boost in confidence and better sex.
