Are you a broccoli or a carrot? No, we're not out of our minds -- here's a list of women's bodies as per six new 'type's!
A British survey has divided women's body types into six distinct categories.
The survey, for the Vitality Show 2012 -- the UK's largest health, beauty, fitness and wellbeing event, underwayfrom March 22 to 25 at London's Earls Court -- studied 3,000 volunteers volunteers, the Sun reported.
And here are their findings!
Butternut Squash
Women whose bust and hip sizes are the same, but whose waist is smaller by about 10 inches are butternut squashes.
One example of this shape is glamour model Kelly Brook.
One in five women is a butternut squash, like Mad Men star Christina Hendricks, with her voluptuous figure.
This means that your bust and hips are wider than the waist, but only by about 6-8 inches.
Hollywood A-lister Cameron Diaz is carrot-shaped.
Experts undertaking the survey found that one in four women is carrot-shaped. Nicole Kidman also has this body type.
Pear-shaped women have a waist that is at least 10 inches smaller than their hips, but the bust isn't as large as the bum. Jennifer Lopez is a famous pear.
Twenty three per cent of the women surveyed were found to be pears. Another celebrity example of this body type is Sex and the City star Kristin Davis.
With this type, the waist is equal to or larger than the hips and bust and there is no more than a 2-4 inches difference between all three. Slimmed-down singer singer Jennifer Hudson is a typical apple shape.
Eighteen per cent of women were found to be apples -- British singer Kerry Katona is one of them.
In aubergines, the their bust is the smallest measurement and hips the largest -- the waist size lies between the two. Singer Adele is an aubergine.
Lead singer of pop group Steps Claire Richards also falls in this category. The survey found that less than six per cent of respondents are aubergines.
If your bust is the widest part of your body and hips and waist are about the same size, you're broccoli. Starlet Lindsay Lohan is classified as one.
Like aubergines, busty broccolis account for less than six per cent of women. TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson also belongs to this type.
