Have you often wondered at the sight of a bikin-clad beauty, 'how does she do it?' Here's the answer!
Stepping out in a bikini comes easy for hot starlets, but for most of us it's a far-fetched idea.
So how do these celebs, some of them already mothers, look so gorgeous while the rest of us are hiding under our kaftans?
The Sun has dished out the secrets of how to achieve a toned, flab-free body, just like your favourite stars.
Candice Swanepoel
The Victoria's Secret beauty regularly has her curves on display. And what does she do to maintain her figure? The Sun quotes her as saying that she eats a lot of vegetables and starts her day with a good breakfast. "I love croissants, eggs and bacon...I like omelettes and raisins too," she states.
To keep fit, Candice is into boxing and resistance training, three to four times a week.
Geri Halliwell

At 39, the erstwhile Ginger Spice relies on walking and yoga to keep herself trim. She also mentions that while she does eat healthy, she indulges in cake, crisps, sugar-free chocolate and chips when she feels like it.
Danielle Lineker

This glamour model has a voluptuous bod and isn't afraid to flaunt it. Her secret is a gadget called the Easyshaper, which she says is "just like doing Pilates and fantastic for toning". For cardio, she walks her dog regularly.
On the diet side of things, Danielle states that dinner is her lightest meal and she sticks to protein-rich foods and veggies.
Erin Heatherton

At 21, this Victoria's Secret newbie doesn't really have to sweat it, but The Sun reports that with her modelling jobs, she has to stay on top of the ball all year round.
Erin relies on healthy eating and plenty of sleep -- and a special workout class for supermodels. Yeah, we envy her too!
Kelly Brook

The star also has a personal trainer to stay fit and tries to hit the gym at least three times a week. She prefers outdoor activities like riding a bike, swimming, or walking her dog.
Miranda Kerr

Having a child has made supermodel Miranda Kerr more aware of the importance of looking after her own body.
An advocate of eating healthy, the mum of one loves spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli. She also loves to work out and is a fan of yoga.
Rihanna

RiRi, who follows the Low Carb Diet, admits her body is the result of "a lot of hard work and a lot of running on the treadmill."
She also admits to the paper that while she does work out, like so many of us, she needs a personal trainer to motivate her and keep her focussed.
Gwyneth Paltrow

The 38-year-old mum-of-two works out five days a week, 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of muscular strength. She also watches what she eats and rarely lets loose on snacks or wine.
But Gwyneth has her weakness too -- barbeque potato chips, which she tries to avoid!
Brooke Burke

The American TV personality is 39 and has four children, but she's still bikini-ready!
Brooke has five small meals a day and is a big advocate of Pilates. "I've been doing pilates for about nine years, it's really good head-to-toe body toning exercise," The Sun quotes her as saying.
Halle Berry

Halle combines healthy eating -- staying away from fried foods and refined sugar, and eating only natural sugar in fruit and vegetables -- with a good workout programme. This includes jogging outdoors, doing crunches, lunges and strength-training workouts in the afternoon.
Sam Faiers

Buxom beauty Sam claims to love both her curves and food, so she's managed to strike just the right balance.
The The Only Way Is Essex reality star says that she's on a strict diet and exercise regime that has seen her lose nearly 20 pounds so far.
Christine Bleakley

The Irish TV presenter has an athletic bod, but she tells the paper that she doesn't want to "have Madonna arms", so she has moved from weight training to running and resistance exercises to tone up.
Coleen Rooney

And finally, we come to Rooney's wife, who has slimmed down thanks to regular exercise and a healthy diet.
A friend of Coleen told Closer Magazine, "She eats a lot of salads with chicken or fish as well as loads of veg." Coleen makes sure she does at least 30 minutes a day of cardio -- either a run, swim or fast walk.
