Demi Moore on the road to recovery, says daughter
Demi Moore's daughter Rumer Willis has finally spoken out about her mum's recent hospitalisation that happened after her break up with husband Ashton Kutcher.
She says that her mum is doing well, but admits the last few weeks have been hard.
Rumer, Demi''s eldest daughter by former husband Bruce Willis, has been by her mum's side ever since she was hospitalised last month, and was spotted visiting Demi in hospital, the Mirror reported.
"Of course the situation weighs heavily on me," she told to German online outlet tz-online during a trip to Munich for an event hosted by fashion jeweler Thomas Sabo over the weekend.
"My mother is on the road to recovery. It's slow going but we believe in her," she added.
Maksim Gelman, who is already serving 200 years in prison, made an abrupt marriage proposal to Kim Kardashian during his court appearance on Wednesday, as he was being sentenced to 25 more years for his latest criminal act.
He promised to make the bliss last longer than her 72-day marriage to the basketball player Kris Humphries.
"The only thing I have to say is Kim Kardashian, will you marry me?" the New York Daily News quoted Gelman as saying.
"I'll make it last more than 72 days," he added.
And with that, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Richard Carruthers nailed 25 years on to the 200 years in prison Gelman has already been sentenced to in Brooklyn for a bloody killing spree last February that left four dead.
Gelman was in court to be punished for his confrontation on the No. 3 train with brave straphanger Joseph Lozito, who with a martial arts leg sweep knocked him down.
Lozito was riding the subway to his job at the Lincoln Center when he came face-to-face with Gelman on Feb. 12.
By then Gelman had already murdered his stepdad, a young woman he was obsessed with, and her mom.
In the fight, Lozito was slashed across his head and neck.
Jennifer Aniston has cleared the air about her blooming romance with boyfriend Justin Theroux, insisting that she is neither expecting their first child, nor have they married in secret.
The Friends star has been dating the actor/screenwriter for nearly a year after they met on the set of new movie Wanderlust, and speculation about the romance has ranged from baby rumours to stories of an elopement.
Aniston insists that none of the sensational stories are true, as she is just taking the relationship one step at a time.
"I'm not having triplets. Not having twins. Nor am I having one baby. I did not elope... You heard it here. I'm not knocked up now," the Telegraph quoted her as telling GQ magazine.
"I recently quit smoking, and you do put on some extra pounds. It makes a difference, especially if you're not 20.
"I think people maybe want me to have a kid now... I still kind of go with, if it happens, it happens.
"I'm calm and peaceful with whatever the plan is. It's not something where I'm going, 'I gotta have a kid'!'' she said.
Kelly Brook has shown off her sporty side by dressing up as a rugby referee for a new advertising campaign.
The Playboy model donned a tight black top and over-the-knee sports socks before reclining on rugby ball-shaped cushions for the photoshoot.
In another image, the 32-year-old beauty who is currently dating Scottish rugby ace Thom Evans, gives a sultry look to the camera while hanging from a railing wearing a leotard and knickers.
The photographs will form part of the ad campaign for Reebok's EasyTone running shoes.
No matter what she wears and where she is, Rihanna always manages to grab attention from onlookers owing to her toned arms, taut midriff and slender pins.
Now you too can get the attention-grabbing physique with the exercise regime followed by the 23-year-old Barbadian singer.
"She's got such a beautiful body naturally," People magazine quoted The Revolution's Harley Pasternak, creator of the 5 Factor program that has helped Rihanna maintain her svelte figure, said.
"With someone like her, it's about the fine tuning," he said.
When the 'Umberella' hitmaker is on the road, she does her best to squeeze in at least three workouts a week, at least 25 minutes a day. But once settling in one location, she gets down to serious work.

Biking or cycling are part of her regular cardio routine, as well as exercises like jumping rope without a rope, stationary jogging and jumping jacks.

"She keeps getting better and better!" he said for Rihanna.
Nicki Minaj has revealed that she finds it 'boring' to be sexy and doesn't buy the stereotypical idea of attractiveness.
The Check It Out rapper was constantly told to act and dress in a seductive way when she started off her hip-hop career but she resisted.
Now that she is famous, Nicki insists that it's important to embrace your uniqueness as a woman rather than conform to the stereotypical concept of sexiness that pervades throughout the pop world.
"When I started getting serious about rap, the people closest to me were like, 'You should dress this way, you should speak that way, you should rap this way.' I just started feeling super caged in," Contactmusic quoted her as telling Daily Telegraph newspaper.
"It seemed the only look for women in hip-hop was sexy. I thought you had to do that. But it's boring. The typical sexy. I mean, girls wanna be sexy but I also think you have other sides of yourself," she said.
Nicki made a conscious decision to alter her look before her album 'Pink Friday' was released in 2010 because she realized she had been suppressing so much of her personality.
"Right before my album came out I felt like I had been hiding my personality - my comedic side," she added.
Queen of pop Madonna has been accused of copying her latest single from a track by a Brazilian musician.
Joao Brasil claims that the chorus of the pop star's new song 'Give Me All Your Luvin', which she performs with Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., is a rip-off of his tune 'L.O.V.E. Banana'.
Though his record company bosses and legal team are now considering whether to take court action over the allegation, Brasil is adamant that Madonna is his heroine and he doesn't want to sue her.
"I still don't understand what happened. I'm a huge fan of hers. If it's plagiarism, then even better," the Daily Express quoted him as telling Brazil's Folha da Sao Paulo newspaper.
"She is always at the cutting edge of music, so it's a good sign about what I do... It's in their hands, they're looking at how to proceed and what they can do. But personally I don't want to do anything. The last thing I need in my life is a fight with Madonna," he added.
Halle Berry is reportedly planning to marry her fiance Olivier Martinez at an intimate ceremony in California in the early summer.
The 45-year-old actress had recently got engaged to the French film star, and documents filed as part of her custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have revealed that she hopes to move to Martinez's home country with her daughter, Nahla.
"They are planning the wedding in California's wine country early this summer," the Daily Express quoted a source as telling the Mail.
The website also reported that the couple are planning to invite Martinez's ex-girlfriend, pop star Kylie Minogue, to the nuptials.
"It's rather unconventional but they are inviting Kylie as they've all become friends. Olivier and Halle went to Kylie's concert in LA last year and they'd both like her to be at their special day. There's no hard feelings at all and both Kylie and her partner Andres Velencoso will be welcome at the event," the insider added.
Angelina Jolie is set to play the role of Sleeping Beauty villainness Maleficent in a new fairytale movie.
The 36-year-old actress revealed that she would be a bad girl in her next movie at the Berlin International Film Festival in Germany, where she's promoting her directorial debut 'In the Land of Blood and Honey'.
"I haven't acted in two years... The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie," Contactmusic quoted her as telling The Hollywood Reporter.
It seems that now-a-days it's quite trendy to play a fairytale villain among Hollywood's leading ladies - both Charlize Theron and Julia Roberts play the evil queen in re-imaginings of the Snow White fable.
