We ooh and ahh over cute celebrity couples all the time -- but there are twosomes we'd like to strangle too! Vote and tell us whether you think these star duos annoy you or not!
They're always in the news -- and often, it's for the wrong reasons.
Feuds, fights, unnecessary controversies, irrelevant paparazzi set-ups and other irritating issues seem to follow these celebrity couples around constantly.
So tell us whether seeing them in the news annoys you or not by taking the poll at the bottom of each page!
Maanayata and Sanjay Dutt
B-Town is constantly talking of 'camps', but it's the Dutt camp that's usually bubbling over with a new feud every couple of months. Within their family, within Bollywood, within their friend circle...
Sanju has always been controversy's child, but ever since he married the missus, it seems those have been reduced to lesser, petty household squabbles involving Maanayata, her BFFs and hubby dear's leading ladies.
When they're not fighting, the Dutts' photo-ops revolve around the purchase of exotic cars, the giving of expensive gifts and parties at home -- all of which somehow 'leak' to the press. Give it a rest already!
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries

First off, they're famous for being famous. And to top that, we had the 20 million dollar wedding, a filing for divorce within 72 days, crisis talks, counselling -- all of it played out before the public eye. No wonder the Kardashians' reality show detailing their everyday lives rates higher than scripted soaps -- it's far, far more dramatic!
And is it just us or is there someone else out there who doesn't care if they never hear of Kim or Kris ever again?
Sheetal and Atulya Mafatlal
Image: Sheetal and Atulya MafatlalPhotographs: Rediff Archives
Meet the desi Kardashians -- the industrialist and his socialite wife seem allergic to privacy. The chaotic state of affairs within the Mafatlal marriage have been aired on a public platform, with both dragging the other to court over everything from domestic assault to theft of household artefacts and (believe it!) revokement of bedroom priveleges.
Sigh. We've tired of the accusations flying back and forth, but they're still going strong!
Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne

Ahh, they're engaged -- so it gives us great pleasure to introduce the future Mr Hurley. At least that's the impression we get each time we see Liz and Shane, whose ladylove has taken the rough and ready, rugged, macho cricketer and turned him into eyebrow-plucking, Botoxed arm-candy!
Brrr -- an involuntary shiver goes down our spines each time we see them together!
Rabri Devi and Lalu Prasad Yadav

The Yadavs have only one way of communicating -- loudly.
This politician couple thinks nothing of speaking their minds and using the crudest, most attention-grabbing tactics to make headlines.
Want class, sophistication and culture? Look somewhere else please!
Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber

Sweet enough to give you diabetes -- no thank you!
These squeaky clean tweens with their adopt-a-puppy tactics and shy but camera-savvy kisses have us going green in the face. We wish Baby Bieber and cutesy-pie Miss Gomez would give us a break!
Avanti and Yash Birla

What can you do when people refuse to dress as befits their age and status? Watch and laugh.
But we've been watching and laughing at the Birlas for awhile now. And they show no sign of slowing down -- Lady Gaga would be proud of this non-conformist couple! Except that their dressing is ugly, not outrageous. And they're industrialists, not entertainers. And...okay, we'll stop now.
Sarah and Todd Palin

So many controversies and skeletons keep tumbling out of the Palins' closet that we're amazed they've made it as far as they have.
Family upheavals, questionable ethics and more have dogged the controversial former Governor of Alaska and her husband ever since she made a name for herself in political circles (which makes you wonder how she managed that in the first place). Thank heaven she stepped back from the next US Presidential race this year -- no one can take any more of the Palin overload, not even the Palins!
Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik

Few celebrity weddings have created as much of a furore as Sania and Shoaib's.
Forget the India-Pakistan equation altogether -- when the tennis star broke off her engagement to childhood sweetheart Sohrab Mirza and announced another to cricketer Malik within a span of two months, it generated a media circus. And when it emerged that Shoaib was already secretly married, that only served to fan the flames of indignation.
Accusations, denials, secret dalliances -- now each time we see this sporty twosome all we can think of is the headache we caught when they got together!
Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Charles

If the Maliks had India on the warpath, the aging Prince and his ladylove have had to face the music on the other side of the world.
It is common knowledge that Charles cheated on the late Princess Diana with Camilla and after her tragic death post their divorce, public fury saw the couple's popularity take a beating which it never quite recovered from. A low-key wedding and a few years on, there are still plenty of Britishers who would prefer Prince William to take over the crown from his grandmother for precisely this reason!
President Pratibha Patil and Devisingh Ramsingh Shekhawat
Image: President Pratibha Patil and Devisingh Ramsingh ShekhawatPhotographs: Oli Scarff/Getty Images
An utter lack of charisma. That's mainly what bugs us about President Patil and First Gentleman Devisingh Ramsingh Shekhawat.
You see endless pics of them smiling and standing stiff at irrelevant functions and you flip the page. Yawn. Whatever happened to real personality and presence?
Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson

When you're an A-lister, you should embrace the privileges that go with it. So it annoys us no end that this Twilight twosome gripe about the spotlight on their relationship.
You want anonymity? Go work in a deli!
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan

We wish these parents-to-be the best for their impending bundle of joy, but you have to admit, Ash and Abhi do tend to grate the nerves a tad bit. Mainly because they're a perfect couple in every way -- or at least that's what they like prortraying to the world!
Come on guys, there's no harm in dropping the mask once in awhile!
Wendi Deng Murdoch and Rupert Murdoch
Image: Wendi Deng Murdoch and Rupert MurdochPhotographs: Danny Moloshok/Reuters
She's 42, he's 80. He left his wife of 32 years to marry her.
And she may have saved her husband from a shaving foam pie attack in the wake of the News of the World scandal, but there's still something uncomfortable about watching Wendi Deng and Rupert Murdoch together! What say?
Veena Malik and Ashmit Patel
Image: Veena Malik and Ashmit PatelPhotographs: Rediff Archives
These two seem meant for each other -- they're both desperate for fame and love the limelight!
Anytime they feel the interest waning, Veena and Ashmit show up somewhere together and then deny they're in a relationship. Just one question. Who's interested?
Princess Charlene and Prince Albert of Monaco
Image: Princess Charlene and Prince Albert of MonacoPhotographs: Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images for Montblanc
One of the much-awaited royal nuptials of the year fell far short of the mark, with rumours of the bride trying to flee at the nth hour, of Prince Albert having fathered a third lovechild with another woman and of the marriage being entered into as an 'arrangement'. Learn a thing or two from Kate and Wills, you two!
Queenie Singh and Dr Farhad Taraporewala
Image: Queenie Singh and Farhad TaraporewalaPhotographs: Pradeep Bandekar
When socialite Queenie had an alleged affair with BFF Anju Taraporewala's husband, it broke up both marriages and raised quite a few eyebrows in high-society circles.
Things have somewhat settled since then, but is it just us or could we do with less of their red carpet appearances? And Queenie could do with less makeup too!
Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher
Image: Demi Moore and Ashton KutcherPhotographs: Victor Boyko/Getty Images
The whole 'cougar' aspect of their relationship has cooled off in the wake of infidelity allegations. Suddenly, it's not so hep for an older woman to marry a (much) younger man, which is why we wish the tabloids would give Demi and Ashton a break by taking the focus off them for a bit.
Tanaaz and Bakhtiyar Irani
Image: Tanaaz and Bakhtiyar IraniPhotographs: Rediff Archives
Anyone else believe this couple should get out of showbiz once and for all? Tanaaz, Bakhtiyar and their toothy grins are easily one of the most annoying aspects of television today. Groan!
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra
Image: Shilpa Shetty and Raj KundraPhotographs: Pradeep Bandekar
And finally we come to Shilpa and Raj -- we wish she'd clam up about how great he is and what he's indulged her with lately. Maybe if you did that, Shilpa, we'd see it -- we're tired of reading about your picture-perfect marriage and latest luxury acquisitions courtesy wealthy hubby!
