Come October 31 and people all around the world deck up in their ghoulish best -- the only time of year when the worse you look, the better the impression!

We start off with supermodel Miranda Kerr, who hosted a party in New York dressed up as a sexy circus ringmaster -- her costume comprised a basque, fishnet stockings, coat tails, top hat and a whip!

This is one couple that pulls out all the stops when it comes to Halloween costumes. At the 12th annual Halloween party she hosted in New York, Heidi Klum and husband Seal were monkeying around in gorilla suits!

Last year, the two went over the top with robot get-ups inspired by the Transformers series -- the supermodel wore foot-long stilt-like apparatus on her feet that dwarfed Seal!

Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie got into the spirit of things by dressing as a contestant from Toddlers and Tiaras -- a reality show that follows children's beauty pageants! She drove the point home with a teddy bear and sash reading 'Miss Universal Royalty'.

Vikram Chatwal was dressed in priests' clothing, with a rosary hanging about his neck -- a holy hotelier if there ever was one!

Supermodel Doutzen Kroes was all claws and cat eyes in her Catwoman get-up, which showed off her curves to perfection. Meow!
