We start with actress Kate Beckinsale is so dedicated to daily work out sessions that she visits her yoga instructor six times a week.
The 40-year-old Total Recall actress is dedicated to daily sessions with celebrity fitness instructor, Mandy Ingber, who claims the star is very disciplined when it comes to toning up her figure with Hatha/Vinyasa Flow yoga practice as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle, reported E! online.
"She has great genetics and a great attitude and is very in touch with her body, I started training with Kate four years ago, and now it's the only exercise she likes other than hiking," Mandy said.
"She doesn't eat any sugar whatsoever, basically a lot of chicken and salads. She's very disciplined! She's one of the strongest people I've ever worked with! She can do anything."

Abbey Clancy has become the new face of underwear brand Ultimo.
The 28-year-old wife of Peter Crouch, who has replaced Michael Buble's wife Luisana Lopilato, flaunted her hot body in the sexy lingerie, the Daily Star reported.
Clancy has said in a behind-scenes-video of her first shoot for the lingerie brand that she is thrilled to be the new face and body of Ultimo and their new collection is beautiful and all about celebrating one's body.

Beyonce recently took to Instagram to share two selfies of her absolutely flawless and make-up free face.
In both the images, the Halo hit maker appears to have just woken up, the New York Post reported.
The two pictures highlight the 32-year-old singer's glowing skin and curly hair.
While on Beyonce, the popstar is now part of the Rutgers University course material.
The students at prestigious university's New Brunswick campus will be able to attend 'Politicizing Beyonce', which is led by doctoral student and lecturer Kevin Allred in the Department of Women's and Gender Studies, the New York Post reported.
According to Allred, the class isn't specifically about the Single Ladies hitmaker's career or political engagement, but instead it focuses on gender, sexuality and racial politics through the lens of Beyonce's standing in American pop culture.
The class will analyse Beyonce's videos and lyrics, in addition to readings from black feminists.
Rutgers University also has a class on the theology of Bruce Springsteen's lyrics.

Sadie Frost has denied rumors that close pal Kate Moss' 40th birthday celebrations were filled with booze and all-night private gigs, asserting that the five-day bash was actually a healthy affair.
The mum-of-four told the Mirror that the supermodel's party was a lot of fun and all the guests played tennis and did healthy stuff like swimming, playing table tennis and going for walks.
The 48-year-old actress claimed that the birthday celebrations were more like a recreational holiday, and she came back feeling refreshed. Frost added that people painted a picture about the things going on at the celebrations and they are wrong.

Gwyneth Paltrow has admitted that the "craziest" beauty treatment she ever had was apitherapy or bee stings therapy.
The 42-year-old actress, who is always the first to try the latest skincare trends, told Marie Claire magazine that her treatment was perhaps one step too far, the Daily Express reported.
Paltrow added that this kind of treatment has been used since Egyptian times to promote healing, but she loves using Ila Bath Salts at the end of the day as a more relaxing treat.

American Apparel has used a 62-year-old model in their lingerie advert instead of young models.
The clothing giant's ad featuring Jacky O'Shaughnessy dressed only in lace underwear with the tagline “sexy has no expiration date”, was posted on their Facebook and Instagram pages, the Independent reported.
O'Shaughnessy began modeling for the brand since 2011 and has appeared in their Advanced Basics campaign.
