Designer Pallavi Mohan showcased at Lakme Fashion Week on Day Five. Here is a look at her collection.
Vibrant, feminine and romantic.
Pallavi Mohan's latest line 'A Pocketful of Posies' from her label 'Not So Serious' was inspired by the late Victorian era and she successfully managed to work the theme into fun-loving, breezy summer garments for women.
Swirling maxis, ruffles, lace and 3D floral motifs were all in the mix, which comprised fabrics like georgette and chiffon.
And to showstop, the designer roped in Karan Johar's latest B-Town debutante Zoa Morani, who will light up the silver screen opposite SRK in Always Kabhi Kabhi. Take a look.
We start off with this ruffled shirt and tiered lace skirt, complete with matching parasol. Talk about romantic!
This slinky little babydoll beauty will have the boys sit up and take notice!
Tier upon tier of ruffles create a nice contrast with the upper half of this dress worn by Surelee Joseph.
Preeti Dhata struts her stuff in a pleated maxi and uses a sun umbrella for effect.
Pink and grey make for a lovely combo on this strappy summer essential.
We were wondering about this white satin cami and lacy grey skirt -- but innerwear or not, it seems to work!
Dots and scallops at the waist -- it doesn't get more feminine than this!
Off-white fades to peach on this playful dress, which seems to twirl effortlessly.
This one's for the tall girls -- play up your height with this regal number!
That's just what Alesia Raut is doing -- but only to reveal balloon shorts underneath!
Will she make waves in Bollywood? We don't know yet, but Zoa Morani certainly looked lovely in black shorts and a flirty orange poncho with bands of white lace!
