Here's a look at designer Archana Kochhar's collection, presented on Day Five of Lakme Fashion Week. Photographs: Uttam Ghosh
In a throwback to the '70s and '80s, Archana Kochhar offered up cocktailwear in geometric digital prints at the LFW today.
Called 'Retro Metric', the line featured both Indian and Western silhouettes -- geometric printed cocktail saris, short tunics, dresses which sway becomingly and gowns with fluid drapes -- in dashing hues, with a distinct retro feel to them. What's more, the beautiful Sameera Reddy performed showstopping honours.
Seen here is a dip-back pleated skirt in attractive black and yellow, topped with a pretty ruffle-embellished top.
