Check out designer Abdul Haldar's line from the final day of Lakme Fashion Week.
Chic, comfortable and crafted from luxurious fabrics, Abdul Haldar's latest offerings were collectively called 'An Ode to Leisure' -- and indeed they were for th coming season!
Westernwear at its best in hot tones like mustard, orange, burnt red, fuchsia and hot pink dominated the ramp. First up was this pair of high-waisted shorts, tank and delicious citrus jacket.
We've seen a lot of jumpsuits in the last few days and this fitted one with its bold cut is definitely among the best.
This jacket with asymmetrical opening shows off a nude bustier underneath. And don't miss the heavyduty gold detailing!
Cocktail chic comes to the fore with this short hot lime number.
The designer continues with the same tone, but this one with sleeves is slightly more demure.
A four-pocketed shirt for the men is set off by cool white pants.
Next we see a silky waistcoat, its summery colour jumping right out at us.
Halder moves to orange in womenswear with this tangy tantaliser.
Not quite as bright, this peach cross-over dress makes up for it with hints of gold.
We give this sexy little piece teamed with pants a double thumbs-up -- although it's rather risky with its fragile fastening!
In this red-hot cocktail, complete with cutwork bolero.
Haldar seems elated as he winds down his showing.
