The renowned Gitanjali Group kicked things off officially, with a star (and bling!) studded showing from their label Giantti.

But first, flying solo we have the lovely Sonam Kapoor draped in a simple powder-blue sari and strings of pearls. Classic!
Riya Sen was also minus mother Moon Moon but managed to look as alluring as ever in a green sari and precious necklace.
Bipasha Basu looked ravishing in peach and a diamond necklace, stepping out in style alongside her mother -- so that's where she gets her youthful skin from!

Actor Rohit Roy (in a dapper suit and aviators) and his daughter made for a cute sight on the catwalk.
These four little girls were simply adorable, enjoying their moment in the spotlight.
Actress Madhoo was a vision in this grey-silver gown and strutted out holding hands with her daughters.
Actress-singer Suchitra Krishnamoorthi and daughter Kaveri Kapur matched up perfectly in sunny yellow.
Proving moms can still look sexy in a poncho dress was actress Deepshikha, accompanied by her young one.
Soha Ali Khan also made an entrance in a glittering lehenga and earrings. She is seen here posing alongside Mrs Basu, Riya Sen and Bipasha at the close of the Gitanjali collection.
The next show was by Eekani Jewels, the brand of designer duo Khyati Dani and Tarun Jethanandani, who displayed all their pieces against white outfits, such as you see here.
Model Deepti Gujral poses in a necklace of red gem and diamond strands with matching earrings.
Wearing a jewelled headband, bracelet, cocktail ring and chandelier earrings, Surelee Joseph is the epitome of elegance.
B-Town starlet Nargis Farai, drizzled in pearls, was the Eekani showstopper.

Model Sanea Sheikh was one of the first catwalk queens showcasing the work of jewellery designer Monica Kapur -- she is seen here in a mauve gown with a matching earring-necklace set.
Nethra Raghuraman looks like an Indian empress in her maang tikka and necklace, set off by a white corset-lehenga.
Kapur offers up this pair of delicate danglers and matching pearl-gold necklace next.
A one-sided floor-sweeper and tasteful accessories make for a pretty picture.
Anjali Lavania shows off her figure in a sheer gown and another set of glittering jewellery.
Who says you can't rock a cocktail with the right pieces? We love this green mult-strand set.
TV actor Manish Goyal was the showstopper for Monica, wearing a collar clip.
Model Angela Jonsson stunned on the ramp for Gehna Jewellers, owned by the Datwanis -- she wore an eye-popping necklace, tiara, earrings, cuff, ring...the list is endless!
And finally, here is Geeta Basra for Sangam Chains, looking very bridal in her red lehenga and heavyduty gold!
