We bring you the best of runway from Day Three of India International Jewellery Week 2013, currently underway in Mumbai.
It was time for more bling and still more showstopping celebrities on the third day of this year's IIJW, scheduled to last from August 5 to August 8.
In the following pages are highlights from these showings by big-time jewellery brands, including their finest crafted pieces and plenty of famous faces.
We start off with the dazzling Sushmita Sen, who stepped out to promote the latest line by Charu Jewels wearing a zardosi bridal lehenga and a sensational choker with a gigantic emerald at its centre, along with strands of pearls and emeralds, assorted bangles and rings.
Next we have this stunning array of diamonds, pearls and emeralds set in ethnic designs, also from the brand.
A model walks the ramp in a two-tier choker, together with matching earrings, bracelet and a cocktail ring.
Alesia Raut is a sight for sore eyes as she steps out for designer Pallavi Foley, who's created a collection for Abharan Jewellers. Her daring black bodysuit brings out the best in this foliage-themed yellow gold neckpiece and earrings, complete with matching belt.
Cascading beads and pearls red and white, together with tasseled gold earrings make quite a statement.
Alia Bhatt oozes sex appeal as she models a pair of gold hoops with pearl insets.
Deepti Gujral plays the blushing bride alongside a male model at the Shringar-House of Mangalsutra showing.
A thick-set mangalsutra with a peacock pendant and matching earrings manages to look both traditional and trendy.
The preternaturally preserved Juhi Chawla puts in an appearance wearing double mangalsutras -- a short one attached to a giant version -- hanging from exotic beads, gold and precious stones.
The eye-searing choker seen on Alesia Raut is by Dipti Amisha and features a colourful array of gems set in yellow gold.
Diamonds and pearls make for a becoming set consisting of multi-strand necklace, earrings, bangle and cocktail ring, while a contrasting kamarbandh adds an ethnic touch.
Showstopping for Amisha is actress Aditi Rao Hydari in a magnificent rani haar from neck to waist, statement rings on both forefingers, bangles, earrings and a maang tikka.
This gorgeous array of rubies, emeralds and pearls teamed with haath phool and an enamel wrist cuff in matching hues is from Golecha's Jewels.
Deepti Gujral strikes a pose wearing another heavy precious necklace from the brand, set off by lighter pieces.
Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar make for an arresting sight on the ramp, her in an emerald-edged polki necklace and him sporting a ruby, emerald and pearl brooch.
Miss India Earth 2013 Sobhita Dhulipala put in a second appearance at the IIJW to model creations by students of the International Gemological Institute, wearing a floral diamond and ruby neckpiece.
Reigning Miss India World Navneet Kaur Dhillon was also part of the IGI showing, strutting her stuff in a stunning diamond choker and earrings, set in both white and yellow gold.
Model and winner of Pond's Femina Miss India Indore 2013 crown Zoya Afroz wore an asymmetric diamond and emerald creation, with matching earrings; her daring gown drew attention away from the fine jewels, though!
Students from the Gemological Institute of America were also given an opportunity to showcase their talent at Jewellery Week -- seen here is a matching set of a whopping eight pieces, from maang tikka to belt, all crafted from diamonds and rubies.
A stunning polki set with emeralds makes its presence felt, topped off with matching strands of pearls holding two more pendants.
And finally we come to this white and yellow diamond necklace and matching earrings, teamed with an unusual and highly ornate haath phool that stretches all the way from forearm to fingers.
