Welcome to the weekly fashion round-up, where we bring you the latest on supermodels, style, designers and everything in-between!
It's was the week of the Oscars and we bring you all the lowdown on who made news all through this week
Since catapulting to fame with Slumdog Millionaire four years ago, Freida Pinto is lauded as one of the best dressed and often features on the 'most beautiful women in the world' lists.
But in a glossy new photoshoot, the 27-year-old Indian actress has revealed her rarely seen sexy side as she posed suggestively in a vest and panties for the April issue of men's magazine Esquire.
Pinto talks frankly about her nude scenes in her latest film Trishna -- an Indian-set reworking of Tess Of The d'Urbervilles - in a raunchy new interview.
She briefly appears naked in a sex scene in the Michael Winterbottom-directed film, but recently admitted she enlisted a butt double for the sequence.
"It was hard but it was a small crew, and they were good at not making their presence felt," the Daily Mail quoted her as telling Esquire magazine.
"They didn't go, "Quick! She's nearly naked! Get your camera out!" she said.
And although the Indian actress did strip off for this film, nude scenes wouldn't become a regular occurrence, as she insists that the script would have to justify them.
"If you're just doing a nude scene in order for everyone to, like, w off or something, then that's not my thing at all," she added.
Jennifer Lopez's stylist has said that there was no wardrobe malfunction at the Oscars on Sunday, and that the Latin diva's dress "fit perfectly".
The plunging neckline of the actress' crystal-covered, Zuhair Murad-designed dress instantly created a social media phenomenon as millions of viewers debated whether Lopez had a "nip slip" while presenting the award for Best Costume Design and Best Makeup alongside Cameron Diaz.
"The dress fit perfectly to every inch," the Daily Telegraph quoted stylist Mariel Haenn as telling People magazine.
"While the dress did give the illusion of sheerness, joke's on everyone who wishes they saw something!" the stylist said.
Some viewers claimed that the dress revealed a bit too much of the singer's decolletage and exposed the periphery of her left nipple.
According to the New York Post, Twitter user leilajacobson posted "Anyone else see a little more of Jennifer Lopez than we should have!"
The incident even inspired the creation of a Twitter account named JLosNipple, whose subheading read "DID YOU SEE ME!?"
The account had over 2,000 followers by Monday noon.
While The Artist bagged five Oscars at the 84th annual Academy Awards on Sunday, it was Angelina Jolie's exposed right leg that generated the most buzz on the night.
The 36-year-old actress rocked the Oscars in a black velvet Atelier Versace dress, which featured an enormous slit on the right-hand side.
The frock was a hit on the red carpet, but when she took to the stage to present Best Adapted Screenplay she struck a saucy pose that raised eyebrows.
Jolie stood confidently with one hand on her hip and cocked her right leg out through the slit.
The thigh-baring pose was immediately mimicked by The Descendants screenwriters Alexander Payne, Nat Faxon and Jim Rash after they accepted the screenplay award from Jolie.
"I think the way Angelina stood could be the new 'Tebowing'!" the Herald Sun quoted Patricia Heaton, of Everybody Loves Raymond and The Middle as tweeting.
The Academy wrote on its Twitter account that Jolie's appearance "got a LOT of people talking - 3399 tweets per minute about her in fact," while her appendage even inspired its own Twitter profile, @AngiesRightLeg.
The account, which predictably featured a cropped picture of Jolie's leg as its avatar, tweeted comments like, "Look at meeee!!" and "Still here. Great view, but thank god for the slit in this dress."
Madonna wears little more than lingerie on the cover of Girl Gone Wild, the second single off her forthcoming studio album MDNA.
The cover that was released on Tuesday has the 53-year-old singer in a black, triangle-shaped lace bra that doesn't hide much, and very nearly leaves the superstar exposed.
The pop star doesn't cover up in other articles of clothing, either, flaunting most of trim and toned stomach, the Daily Mail reported.
Her mouth is open in a suggestive pose, and her blonde locks are artfully tousled.
Everything about the cover is suggestive, including the title.
Girls Gone Wild is, quite famously, a video series created by Joe Francis where college-age girls perform various sexual acts on camera.
Madonna's new electro pop single even seems to be channelling the films with her lyrics.
The lyrics of the song are 'girls just want to have fun' and 'get fired up like a smoking gun' and though she realises that she 'shouldn't act this way' because 'good girls don't misbehave', she's a 'bad girl anyway.'
Kate Moss has bared her top for the limited edition cover of Another Man magazine, flaunting her youthful chest in the spring/summer 2012 issue.
Featuring her in a state of alluring undress, the supermodel can be seen sporting a chiffon outfit designed by Alexander McQueen's Sarah Burton and is a tribute to the 38-year-old model who still remains at the top of her game.
The special collector's edition of the magazine (signed 'Love Kate') will hit the stands on Friday only at the rather glamorous shelves of specialist boutique's like London's Dover Street Market and Paris's Colette, the Telegraph reported.
According to the Daily Mail, the publication is coinciding with the start of Paris Fashion Week.
Poonam Pandey, the self-proclaimed strip queen, has finally kept her promise of going topless for the Indian cricket team.
The Kingfisher model, who has been posting her semi nude pictures on Twitter regularly, has now dared to bare all by tweeting her topless photo.
"Finally on Public demand Sharing a pic #PoonamPandeyWithoutBikini Tweethearts!! Thanx for Loving me so Much," she tweeted.
"WARNING 18 and under should not try looking up the pic. that said i do not take responsibility for anyone under age #PoonamPandeyWithoutBikini," she added.
Dannii Minogue has acknowledged that motherhood leads to an unstylish dress sense.
Eight months after giving birth to her first son Ethan, the Australian fashion queen has realised why all mothers look the same.
"My wardrobe has gone through massive changes since I became a mum. I used to think: 'Why do they all look the same?' The school run uniform was sneakers, T-shirts and scraped-back hair. And then I became a mum, and got it," the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
The former X Factor judge, who went head-to-head with Cheryl Cole for years on the reality TV show, has said things are different, now that she has become a mother.
"There's no way around it. My day-to-day look is mummy-ish. I just can't totter around in heels carrying a 30lb baby. Flats are the only option when juggling shopping bags and wrestling a stroller. And washable tops when you're sneezed on, puked on and having food thrown at you," she added.
Salma Hayek, who bared all by wearing a frock featuring numerous see-through panels at the CAA pre-Oscar party, was a sight for sore eyes.
Despite being 45 years of age, the actress appeared from a private house in Beverly Hills in an outfit that is sure to go down well with admirers.
The cleavage-baring design showed off the Grown Ups star's voluptuous figure as she headed out of the bash held in advance of Sunday's Academy Awards, the Daily Mail reported.
The star, who scooped the Best Actress gong for her role in 2002's Frida, wore the sexy tiered style with black and gold heels featuring chain T-bars across the front.
Trying to manoeuvre across the lawn in her footwear, she firmly held on to the arm of a mystery man while her French businessman husband Francois-Henri Pinault was nowhere to be seen at the showbiz party.
Hayek donned the ensemble with two-tone coloured curls in her hair, all together creating a much more daring look than her recent appearance at the 'got milk' campaign.
It has been an eventful year so far for actress Sonam Kapoor. Bollywood's very own fashionista has been travelling to fashion capitals across the world.
In January she was spotted at Elie Saab and Jean Paul Gaultier's shows at the Paris Couture Week and managed to (hold your breath) grab a first row seat at the Burberry show at London Fashion Week.
More recently she dashed off to Milan where she attended the D&G show. Then later, she was snapped at the Salvatore Ferragamo headquarters in Florence where she chose to wear sexy sari following which she made her way to the Roberto Cavalli show where she wore an androgynous design -- a voluminous dress and a jacket.
We wonder what's next for this style diva.
Barely three days before the Summer-Resort season of Lakme Fashion Week, the event's star designer Manish Malhotra walked out on the organisers.
The veteran designer who has been largely responsible for getting Bollywood celebrities to the event was apparently so caught up with his film assignments that he simply didn't have the time to put together a line for LFW.
Now while we do like to believe this official version of the story, we couldn't help wonder why Mr Malhotra had to wait for t-h-r-e-e days before his show to make the announcement.
James Ferreira will replace Malhotra on the first day's final show.
