Here's what the bride and groom wore for their sensational wedding!
It's finally happened -- and in true royal style.
For her wedding to a prince, Catherine Middleton looked every inch the princess in a now-confirmed Alexander McQueen original by head designer Sarah Burton.
The gown was a beautiful flowing affair, with lace sleeves and trim that moved into a modest 'V'-neck. It was complete with a delicate tulle veil and train of two metres.
"Miss Middleton wished for her dress to combine tradition and modernity with the artistic vision that characterises Alexander McQueen's work," officials said in a statement as quoted by AFP.
"Miss Middleton worked closely with Sarah Burton in formulating the design of her dress."

While speculation was rife that William would marry in his Royal Air Force uniform, he opted to wear the famous tunic of an Irish Guards officer.
The prince holds the title of Colonel of the Irish Guards and walked down the aisle looking dashing in the red uniform.
