Here are the results of Cosmopolitan's annual poll to determine the world's top female fashionistas!

Glamour magazine Cosmopolitan has just released its 2011 list of best-dressed beauties from across the world.

1. Cheryl Cole

Former X factor judge Cheryl Cole has taken the top spot for the third year running.

"Winning us over for the third year in a row with her day-to-day gorgeousness, Cheryl's had some style ups and downs but is still your favourite go-to for fashion inspiration!" the Sun quoted Shelly Vella, Fashion Director of Cosmopolitan, as saying.

2. Blake Lively

Leonardo DiCaprio's new girlfriend and Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively's impeccable taste saw her sweep second place.

3. Fearne Cotton

British TV and radio presenter Fearne's individualistic style statements ensured she rounded off the top three.

4. Victoria Beckham

Posh Spice's fourth pregnancy didn't stand in the way of her grabbing fourth position! She's a fashionista, first and last.

5. Kate Middleton

The Duchess of Cambridge is on every list that matters ever since her wedding earlier this year! And you have to admit, she is a vision.

6. Rihanna

RiRi's outfits are sometimes as risque as they come, but she can carry off pretty much anything -- or the lack of it! She comes in at Number Six.

7. Emma Watson

The Harry Potter star is an icon at the tender age of 21 and has yet to commit a single red carpet faux pas -- she bags seventh position.
