Here's a look at the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2012 preview held in Mumbai last night, which saw 13 designers reveal a creation each from their forthcoming collections.
Each year, the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour hits a host of Indian cities in a bid to promote the works of leading designers across the country.
Now in its eighth edition, the tour is set to showcase in Mumbai and accordingly held a preview on September 2 -- here's a glimpse of what's in store, starring celebrity muses!
Kalki Koechlin wore a multiprint mini with tiny collar and striking red belt by designer Nida Mahmood, who's known for her quirky sense of style.
Wendell Rodricks had German-Indian starlet Evelyn Sharma don a plunging colourblock cut-away with a front slit.
Known for their dramatic flair, Falguni & Shane Peacock had Sameera Reddy draped in a white-gold fishtail number, featuring sheer panels and crystal embroidery on the bodice.
Prateik played muse to menswear couturier Raghavendra Rathore, wearing a purple silk kurta, white churidaars and a long embroidered waistcoat.
Hottie Gauhar Khan turned heads in a figure-hugging corset mini, draped with a sensual lace sheath by Neeta Lulla.
Amrita Rao was the picture of delicate feminity in a vibrant fushia one-shouldered gown by Nandita Mahtani.
Designer Mandira Wirk roped in the lovely Shazahn Padamsee to model a pink mini with ruffled shoulders and wispy netted train.
Lisa Haydon was her usual ramp-ready self in a cloud of white-grey organza with embroidered belt and sparkling straps by Gaviin Miguel.
Rana Daggubati was the epitome of cool in an abstract batik print shirt and denims courtesy Asmita Marwa.
Vikram Phadnis presented traditional elegance with an ivory tulle kalidaar kurta sporting gorgeous sequins and gota work, modelled by the beautiful Perizaad Zorabian.
Cricketer Shaun Tait was the definition of dapper in an Ashish N Soni ensemble, comprising a navy kurta shirt, narrow black trousers and an optical print jacket.
Duo Pankaj & Nidhi displayed their mastery of cutwork with this cropped top sporting an asymmetrical hemline and black tights, carried off to perfection by Neha Dhupia.
Sarah-Jane Dias stepped out in a romantic draped silk gown in gold by Shantanu & Nikhil.
