From sexy singers to CEOs: Most Powerful Mothers!
To celebrate Mother's Day coming up this weekend, US-based magazine Working Mothers has compiled a list of America's 50 Most Powerful Mothers.
They're talented, successful career women from across the worlds of fashion, music, entertainment and business, with one thing in common -- motherhood.
In the following pages, we bring you the most famous personalities who made it to the list of America's 50 Most Powerful Mothers compiled by Working Mothers Magazine -- here they are, in no particular order.
Gisele Bundchen
The 32-year-old Brazilian supermodel came in at Number Eight -- she is mother to a three-year-old son and five-month-old daughter with husband Tom Brady.

Jhumpa Lahiri
Also a mother of two, the Pulitzer Prize-winning author of Indian origin made the cut in 29th place.
Beyonce
Singer, actress, businesswoman and mother -- Bey is all that and more, coming in at five on the list. Her first child, a daughter, was born last year and is 16 months old.
Sara Blakely
The founder of body-shaping undergarments label Spanx, Sara, 42, is "the world's youngest self-made female billionaire" according to Wikipedia. She is also mother to a three-year-old son and comes in just after Beyonce in sixth place.
Angelina Jolie
Placed 27th on the Most Powerful Mothers list, Angie juggles her role as actor, filmmaker, and UN ambassador with parenthood -- she and Brad Pitt are bringing up a brood of six.
Marissa Mayer
The CEO of Yahoo! needs no introduction. She took on the position last year, and her first child, a son, was born in September. Surprisingly, she didn't rank too high as a powerful mom, making it to 34.
Jennifer Lopez
Singer, actress and mogul JLo is just a notch above Marissa Mayer in 31st spot. Currently a single mother, she's bringing up five-year-old twins and is busy with her music career.
Tory Burch
Also a single mother to three sons, the hugely successful fashion designer is worth a staggering one billion dollars and made it to a cool ninth spot.
Mariah Carey
One place below Burch at 10, the singing diva has her hands full with her music career and two-year-old twins with husband Nick Cannon.
Sheryl Sandberg
This is her fifth year as the COO of Facebook, and Sandberg is showing no sign of slowing down -- she made her debut as an author in March with the book Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead, co-written with journalist/TV writer Nell Scovell. The 43-year-old has two young children and ranked 44 on the list.
Gwen Stefani
The singer and fashion designer isn't just known for her success and six-pack abs. Gwen also plays doting mother to two sons, aged seven and four, with husband Gavin Rossdale and made it to 48th position.
Stephenie Meyer
In 37th place is the lady behind the juggernaut that is the Twilight franchise. At 39 years of age Meyer has three sons, but that hasn't stopped her from taking on the roles of author, producer and director for the popular vampire series.
Gwyneth Paltrow
She's frequently panned for her ventures as author and lifestyle guru, but has seen phenomenal success as an actress and entrepreneur. Mother-of-two Gwyneth steps in at 40 on the list.
Safra Catz
Co-president and CFO of Oracle, Catz, a mother-of-two, made it to a surprisingly high 11.
Tina Fey
The comedienne, writer and producer has two daughters, aged seven and one. Fey nabbed 17th place on the Working Mothers list.
Jessica Simpson
Her singing and acting careers both bombed, but Simpson is running a hugely successful, multi-million-dollar clothing empire, for which she's in 46th position. She is mother to a one-year-old daughter and is currently pregnant with her second child, a boy.
Angela Ahrendts
And finally, we come to the formidable lady who was named the Most Powerful Mother in America -- and it's CEO of the Burberry Group, Angela Ahrendts. The American mother-of-three with small town roots rose through the ranks to become head honcho of the British luxury fashion house in 2006 and topped the list.
