What the user needs to do is simply capture an image of the address text (wherever it is written) and leave the rest to the Firefly feature to save address it to your address book.
This is not all. There's more to the Firefly button.
Users can find the Firefly button at the left side of this smartphone, which they can use to access camera, take QR code photos for finding items directly at the Amazon website, and buy them instantly.
An X-Ray feature in the handset identifies images in a picture or video and then find all possible information.
Users can also get innumerable information about a song or a movie they are listening to or watching, as the audio feature of Firefly will collect all the possible information about the same based on the lyrics or words.
This feature can create playlists of movies and songs on the basis of users' preference (that it understands by checking content consumption of the user) and then prompts them to buy the same through Amazon.
Firefly will also help users in recognising artworks, wine labels and languages.
Firefly software development kit will be released to the developers so that they can add more functionalities to it.
