Foldable screens
Foldable screens are vastly different than bendable screens. A foldable screen would be able to fit into your pocket like a cell phone, but then fold out into the size of a tablet if you so desire.

Another possible idea is to have the screen not necessarily be foldable, but rollable. It would be like regressing back to the days of ancient Egypt and carrying around scrolls again. Except these scrolls will have all the information of the world at the swipe of a fingertip -- a bit more advanced than what they had four-thousand years ago.
