The education company's first global MBA course will be a one-year full time course and will be conducted across Canada, UAE and India.
CORE International Institute of Higher Education, a subsidiary of Mumbai-based CORE Education and Technologies, has signed an agreement with Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada, for launching an international MBA programme.
The education company's first international MBA course will be a one-year full time course and will be conducted across Canada, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India.
The courses will start from September 2013.
Nandkishore Marthand Kondap, president, higher education, Core Education and Technologies, said the course would have students spend four months each in Canada, the UAE and India, and field work would constitute 70 per cent of the course duration.
Priced at $41,000 (around Rs 22.2 lakh), the course is targeted at executives with three years of work experience, supported by a GMAT score.
"The programme is for individuals, who can either be sponsored by the company or have the desire to learn," said Kondap.
The programme will not only focus on "Developing Executive Leadership", but will also help the students acquire the knowledge and the experience of three markets -- mature, transition and emerging.
Wilfrid Laurier University will hold the prime responsibility of the academic elements of the programme, while CORE will provide facilities, as well as administrative and marketing support, for the delivery of the programme.
