The much-awaited Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS is all set to hit the showrooms. The flipside? It will cost you over Rs 94k. The question is would you be interested in shelling that kind of money on a Bajaj? DISCUSS.
Bajaj Auto has finally launched the Pulsar 200 NS. The company has decided to opt for a phased launch, wherein the bike will be available in Maharashtra initially, followed by introduction in Delhi next month and Pan India availability by August.
The Pulsar 200 NS is the second generation of the Pulsar where the NS stands for Naked Sport.
The Pulsar 200 NS is priced at Rs 84,096 (ex-Pune), which equates to an on-road price (including insurance) of Rs 94,270.
First six customers were handed over the keys at the launch. They had booked the bike in March, even before the launch was announced.

The Pulsar 200 NS is powered by a 199.5cc, 4-vavle engine which uses triple sparks and produces 23.17 BHP and 18.3 Nm. This enables the Pulsar 200 NS to be massively quick, hitting 60 kmph in 3.6 seconds and 100 kmph in 9.83 seconds.
Top speed is rated at 136 kmph.

The changes to the production version of the Pulsar 200 NS include a new tyre hugger, 55 watt headlight and slight modifications to the number plate holder.
Bajaj Auto has been testing the Pulsar 200 NS since January and has conducted customer trials in Goa, Leh, Ladakh and Hyderabad.

The Pulsar 200 NS is going to be a massive success for Bajaj Auto. The bike has all the ingredients to set the sales chart on fire and the company has started accepting bookings in 5 cities (Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Solapur and Nashik).
Waiting period is around three weeks and the booking amount is Rs 5,000.
The Pulsar 200 NS is a very capable motorcycle which will please the bikers of today.
