Here's taking a look at the recently launched Yamaha R15: how it fares in the features and performance department.
Yamaha Motor India have launched the refreshed R15 recently and christened it the R15 Version 2.0. The bike has been priced at Rs 1.07 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available in three colours -- Racing Blue, Midnight Black & Sunset Red colours.

The bike comes with a new Engine Control unit (ECU), a new drive-train unit, a long aluminium swing arm, wider front and rear tires with split seating.
Watch out for the LED taillights and an R15 branding on the exhaust can.

The new Yamaha R15 also has a better throttle response, a wider 130mm radial rear tire and 90 mm front tire and a larger 220mm rear disc brake.

New five-spoke alloy wheels with a new design for the mudguard and saree guard gives this an interesting look and feel.
The new version is also 5 kilos heavier than the previous bike and weighs 136kg.
