Age no bar! At 43, Sushmita learns to skin dive

The beauty queen dived into the Indian Ocean and shared a couple of her underwater videos.  

Sushmita Sen took Instagram by surprise with videos of her diving underwater.

'Learning to skin dive at 43!' she wrote. For those who are not aware, skin dive is 'the sport of swimming under water with a face mask and flippers and especially with a snorkel and without a portable breathing device.'

'It's never too late for anything or anyone, a single step... a leap of faith, is all that is needed to get started, the rest naturally follows!' Sushmita added.

'I kept diving into the ocean until I learned to dance my way back up! Thank you Hussain Hassam for teaching me the strength of a single breath!'
